These Terms of Use apply when you visit this website, use the linked creator application path, or communicate with REKIA Talent through website-linked channels.

Use of Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and to submit accurate information when applying to join REKIA. You may not interfere with the website, misuse forms, or attempt to access systems that are not intended for public use.

Applications and Acceptance

Submitting a creator application does not guarantee acceptance, onboarding, growth, gifts, income, representation, or any future creator opportunity with REKIA Talent. We may review, decline, or stop considering applications at our discretion.

No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee growth, income, audience size, gifts, rankings, platform visibility, or other TikTok LIVE results. Creator outcomes depend on many factors, including creator effort, consistency, content quality, audience response, and platform behavior.

TikTok and Third Parties

TikTok is a third-party platform and is not controlled by REKIA Talent. REKIA Talent is not TikTok and does not represent TikTok. Any platform eligibility, account action, Creator Network linking, or creator program participation depends on TikTok's own rules and processes.

Creator Network Linking

The official creator application can start the review path, but it does not guarantee acceptance or complete every required TikTok eligibility, invitation, onboarding, or linking step by itself. Platform requirements and creator expectations must be reviewed before onboarding or linking can occur. REKIA does not charge creators to apply, join, or receive support.
